Epoxy resin has recently gained popularity, especially in the hobby and artist scene. Due to the wide range of applications, there are many suppliers to choose from. However, this resin is characterized by high quality – Made in Germany – and a long-term, clear texture.

Application:

• The correct mixing ratio (proportions by weight – weigh with a scale): 100 g resin / 45 g hardener
• Processing time: at 18°C approx. 18 hrs.
• Start of curing after approx. 20 hours (depending on temperature)
• Final strength after approx. 72 hours (depending on temperature)

Application:

• Do not pour more than 100 mm layer thickness per pass.
• Rising air bubbles are best removed approx. 10 min. after casting with a gas cartridge torch or a hot air gun.
• Depending on the ambient temperature, the epoxy resin may take up to 3 days to cure.
